What you will do:
- develop and improve the work of their own department;
- develop strategies and participate in the development of tactics for social media projects;
- generate ideas for the creative component of clients’ projects;
- introduce new tools in social media (instamasks, stickerpaks, chatbots, etc.);
- coordinate key project documents: content maps, descriptions of target audience avatars, tone of voice, monthly reports developed by the section’s employees;
- coordinate the composition of working teams for projects;
- coordinate bloggers and other key components of SMM projects;
- oversee the implementation of SMM projects (distribution of tasks in the team, control of deadlines and quality, and management decision-making);
- coordinate key documents and project metrics with the team;
- manage the team’s fulfillment of all agreements with clients of SMM projects on time;
- analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects;
- control financial accounting for projects and share responsibility for the use of budgets allocated for projects.
Key requirements for the candidate:
- at least 2 years of experience in the industry;
- understanding the specifics of each of the SMM channels and tools and the differences in approach and tools;
- tracking and the ability to quickly pick up on trends and hype topics where they are relevant to the brand;
- fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language;
- experience in managing creative teams;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients/partners;
- strong management skills: planning, task setting, control and motivation, and evaluation of results;
- creativity (easy to generate interesting and creative ideas, track and analyze their effectiveness);
- a systematic approach to work, the ability to think strategically and build clear processes without losing sight of anything;
You will have advantages if:
- have a good command of English (Intermediate+, speaking, writing);
- have experience working in agencies with several clients at the same time;
- have experience in creating operational plans and budgets to implement the strategy;
