Since the beginning of the war, WARTO has been urging Ukrainian businesses to actively establish internal and external communications.

Companies need to launch information activities now. Silence has a negative impact on the brand image, as the brand is perceived as either dead or detached from the situation. Therefore, what businesses should definitely do now is to become a pillar of support for their customers, partners, and employees. People always remember who comes to their aid in difficult times, and they will remember the support from brands as well,” emphasizes Natalia Kholod, CEO of the agency.

WARTO experts call on Ukrainian and international businesses: do not be silent! Communicate with your consumers. If you need help with communications during the war, don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to advise you.
